FxPro: where a follower's copy would be placed

The links on this site lead to FxPro. The site is not the broker and receives no money from a reader except through the affiliate arrangement described on the About page. FxPro's instruments are contracts for difference, so a copied position is a leveraged contract on a price and owns nothing.

Two accounts, two records

A provider's record is the history of the provider's own account. The account a copy runs on is the follower's, opened with a broker, and its history starts on the day the follower presses Start copying. The follower's account pays fees the provider's account does not, and its positions are sized from the follower's equity. The two histories are therefore not the same document, and only the first is printed on a card.

A contract for difference settles the difference between the opening and closing price of a contract. Nothing is owned. A leveraged contract of that kind moves the account by the size of the position and not by the size of the deposit.

What cTrader's list printed about FxPro

On 6 November 2026 the broker list on ctrader.com showed FxPro with the copy flag, a maximum leverage of 1:30, a minimum deposit of USD 100, and the regulators "FCA UK; SCB - SIA Bahamas". The list also says that availability of the copy service depends on local regulations and the broker and may be restricted in some regions. These are the list's statements, copied with their date.

The Kenyan shilling is not among the base currencies printed for FxPro, which are EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, JPY, PLN, AUD, ZAR, NGN, VND, THB, MYR, IDR.

What to read before opening an account

The client agreement, for the name of the company that holds the account and the regulator that supervises it. The fee schedule, for spread, commission and overnight financing, none of which the pages this site read state. The terms of the copy service, for whether a resident of Kenya may use it. And the "Start copying" button of a strategy, which shows its fees and sits inside the application.

Reading those documents is the follower's part. A record on a card cannot replace it.

FxPro is not licensed by the Capital Markets Authority of Kenya. An account is opened with a company regulated outside Kenya - the group is authorised by the FCA in the United Kingdom and CySEC in Cyprus - so a resident deals with a foreign firm and the protections of a locally licensed one do not apply. Moving foreign currency abroad for trading goes through a bank or a mobile-money provider and is subject to their rules and to Central Bank of Kenya requirements. Nothing on this site is investment advice. On 6 November 2026 cTrader's own broker list printed these regulators for FxPro: FCA UK; SCB - SIA Bahamas. Whether FxPro's copy service is open to a resident of Kenya is something to ask FxPro.

The broker this site links to

The site links to FxPro, which cTrader's list marks as a copy-enabled broker. A record is the provider's; the account a copy runs on is the follower's, and its result is a different document. Whether the copy service is open to a resident of Kenya is for FxPro to say.
